Which payment methods are approved by ArtBox?

Any methods not listed are NOT accepted by ArtBox. This includes: C.O.D. (cash on delivery), Cashier's Checks, Money Order, etc.

Are there different methods for international payments?

There are no different methods for payment from international customers. However, our preference for international payments is PayPal. International customer transactions using PayPal generally lead to quicker processing and less delays compared to other methods (Wire Transfer).

When am I charged?

Transactions charges will be processed the next business day.

Note: ArtBox takes great care to not commit any mistakes especially with customer payment information. However it is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the card information they provide is correct and without discrepancies. Please ensure that your card information (card number, billing address, etc.) is 100% correct and that you have the appropriate funds in your account to avoid authorization failure and declines.

Does ArtBox store credit/debit card information?

We are always taking the proper measures to ensure the safety of your transactions. Our payment gateway gives buyers the confidence that NO credit card information will be stored? on our server or system.

I have store credit I want to use, how do I apply it?

On the order that you wish to apply your store credit to, please indicate how much store credit you would like to use in the comment section on your order.

What is the card verification number and where do I find it?

The term card verification number refers to a security feature on credit/debit cards for transactions to help protect against credit card fraud. Other acronyms for this term include: CSC (card security code), CVV (card verification value), and CCV (card code verification). This security number helps to determine if the credit/debit card is legitimate and that the customer placing the order actually has the card in their possession. The verification number is 3 to 4 digits long and can be found either on the front or back of your card.

  • Visa, Master, and Discover: The last 3 digits after the credit card number on the back of the card in the signature area.
  • American Express: On the front of the card, above and to the right of the embossed card number.

Where do I input my credit card information for PayPal?

Please write in the comment section of your order if you wish to pay through Paypal. Once your order is ready to ship, we will send a Paypal invoice to the email address provided.

Can I request a copy of my receipt?

All orders will include a copy of your receipt. However, if you would like an additional copy or need one sooner, we will email the receipt to the email address provided.
