NOTE: ArtBox takes all possible procedures with care to ensure your purchased products ship out and arrive intact and without detriment. Please note however that once your shipment leaves our store, the handling of your package is out of our control and jurisdiction. Most instances of customers receiving damaged or broken items are due to negligent mishandling of packages by the shipping provider.
When will my order ship out?
At ArtBox, we give our greatest effort to ensure that all orders ship out the same day in which they are received. However, certain conditions such as high volume of orders or large order sizes will require more time for processing, preparation, and shipment. Orders received before 12:00pm will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after 12:00pm will either be shipped out the same day or the next business day. Orders with certain shipping methods (Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, and 3 Day Select) will be prioritized over standard shipping methods. Our normal ship out time is between 5p.m. to 6p.m.
I placed a weekend/holiday order, when will it ship out?
Weekend and holiday orders will be shipped out the next possible business day. Please note that certain conditions may yield different shipping times. Some examples of certain conditions are; business days which our company is not operating due to holiday, business days which our shipping carrier is not operating due to holiday, high volume of orders placed over the weekend/holiday, bulky or large orders, and complications regarding required shipping information.
What shipping methods are provided?
Our primary shipping carrier is U.P.S. (United Parcel Service) and our alternative shipping carrier is U.S.P.S. (United States Postal Service). ArtBox uses U.P.S. as our default shipping carrier. If you would prefer U.S.P.S. for shipping, please indicate your desire to use U.S.P.S. on the comment section on your order. We have various shipping methods provided by our carriers available for our customers (ex. Standard Ground, Next Day Air, etc.). Please visit the respective carriers' online website for more information regarding shipping methods provided by the carrier. Any shipping carrier that is not listed is NOT used by ArtBox.
Does ArtBox ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we do ship to P.O. (Post Office) boxes.
Does ArtBox ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?
Yes, we do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico along with the contiguous United States. We offer standard U.P.S. ground as well as other shipping methods for non-contiguous states and U.S. territories (American Samoa, Guam, Virgin Islands, etc.).
Does ArtBox ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Our standard shipping method for international orders is U.P.S. Worldwide Expedited but the customer may request approved alternative shipping methods such as USPS. Certain restrictions may prevent shipping to certain locations such as countries under U.S. sanctions or embargoes (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, etc.) or countries classified as state sponsors of terrorism (Sudan, Syria, etc.). Certain groups or parties (persons contributing to the conflict in Cote d'Ivoire, persons undermining democratic processes or institutions in Belarus, etc.) may also be barred from receiving shipments from ArtBox.
Does ArtBox ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, whether it is a duplicate order for multiple locations or dissimilar orders for multiple locations, we offer multiple address shipping.
How do I ship to multiple addresses?
Please noticeably indicate your desire to have your order shipped to multiple addresses in the comment section. If you have special instructions for an order with multiple shipping addresses, please contact us during hours of operation (8:30a.m.?5:30p.m.) on the day your order was placed or in the comment section of your order.
How long does shipping take?
Various conditions and circumstances affect shipping arrival times. The shipping method (ex. Standard Ground, 2nd Day, etc.) chosen for your order will affect how long your order takes and what time your order arrives. Please visit the respective shipping carriers' websites for more information. As ArtBox is located in Los Angeles, shipments will take more time to reach the eastern United States and other areas compared to geographical locations closer to the western United States.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, ArtBox provides a tracking number for all shipments sent by us. Your tracking number will be included in your confirmation email. Orders placed on ArtBox Jewel can be tracked by going to the Order Status page and inputting the tracking number into the section labeled Order tracking by UPS. Orders not placed on ArtBox Jewel will have to use the U.P.S. website to track the order.
